Arab media announced from the government that the Arab department of foreigners will soon introduce the Saudi Arabia online visit visa service for the foreigners who are living in Saudi Arabia and wants to get the visit visa for their families. According to the report, the purpose of this system is to reduce the congestion and save the time.
Furthermore, the foreigners who want to get the visitor visa for their relatives will not have to submit the varieties of documents with the application. It has been said that the pilot project was introduced and after the success of the pilot project, it has been decided to introduce this system. However, it must be noted that foreigners have to provide the right data in the application and the name on the passport, application and other documents in the name must not be the slightest bit of difference.
Furthermore, the foreigners living in Saudi Arabia will take full responsibility for their relatives (for which they wish to obtain a visa). He has to arrange their insurance and housing. I think this is very good sign of good governance from Saudi Government and panlty of peoples like me can avail this facilty.
I think that this is best for those who are dependant, but the condition of Hajj and Umrah is not good, because if someone is going Saudia, it will not be possible for him to not perform umrah, at least they should permit visitors to visit Masjid Haram to perform Umrah.
But I think they are protecting the Hajj and Umrah service providers.
